These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 7p7p online gaming platform, accessible at https://7p7p.bet (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 7p7p and is intended for entertainment purposes only. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 7p7p (the "Operator").

7p7p reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

To register and use the 7p7p Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as the beneficial owner of funds used on the Platform, and must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 7p7p or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and keep such information up to date.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 7p7p Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify 7p7p immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
• 7p7p reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.

Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, including any activity by a third party who gains access to the account as a result of the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

7p7p supports a range of local and international payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. These thresholds are subject to change at 7p7p's discretion.
• Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Channel availability may vary.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours subject to KYC verification status.
• 7p7p is not responsible for any delays or failures in processing arising from the policies or technical constraints of third-party payment providers.
• Deposits must only be made from payment accounts owned and registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

7p7p employs SSL encryption across all financial transactions to ensure the security of your payment data. All transaction records are retained in accordance with applicable data retention requirements. Players are encouraged to retain their own records of all transactions for personal reference.

7p7p may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion terms that may be communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are awarded exclusively to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds prior to withdrawal eligibility. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, or per device unless otherwise stated.

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime involving funds deposited on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or in the claiming of bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or loopholes in game logic or bonus systems. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

The 7p7p name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7p7p. You may not use any 7p7p trademark, trade name, or trade dress in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits 7p7p, without our prior written consent. Game titles and provider names remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7p7p, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Specific exclusions include but are not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, game interruptions, or errors caused by third-party software providers or payment processors.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7p7p's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all cases, 7p7p's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7p7p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, 7p7p will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, which may include a notification on the Platform or via email to your registered address.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of 7p7p. 7p7p does not make any specific representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction, and it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 7p7p to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
